Here’s the news around the food world!

In honor of it being Sunday, we have an NFL story involving food. Seattle Seahawks defensive end Michael Bennet got creative to book reservations at a Seattle restaurant. After being told the place was full, he called back and pretended to be quarterback Russell Wilson. The answer he got proved the world loves a quarterback!

Good News folks, ABC’s The Taste is coming back for Season 2. Yes I think there is a lot to improve upon. So adding Marcus Samuelsson to the judges panel is a big step up over Brian Malarkey. Let’s just hope the producers can do a better job and make the show look less contrived.

The Tips For Jesus Instagram is going wild. The renegade gracious tipper posted receipts from New York City and Mexico. This is a good time to be a server!
