In a way, it is like combining two classic pretzel dipping sauces. Those sauces help to balance the richness of the bacon and fried onions.
The most interesting part of this cheeseburger is the pickle. That punch of brightness cuts through the bacon and lightens up all the flavors. When you get a taste of the pickle, it leaves wanting more.
