You can now get a pumpkin-flavored Starbucks drink that isn’t a Pumpkin Spice Latte

August 27 is the first day of fall — according to Starbucks, at least. There’s a new drink on the menu for anyone who needs a PSL break.

Even some of the most dedicated coffee lovers are tired of the Pumpkin Spice Latte hype. Fall flavors are widely anticipated across the nation in a variety of drinks and flavor — some just aren’t a fan of this one.

The good news is, whether you’re a PSL fanatic searching for an alternate drink option on your morning Starbucks run or you’d rather do just about anything else than order another one ever again, your choices are about to expand.

There are several new Starbucks fall drinks heading to your local menu to kick off the season — and one of them is pumpkin flavored!

The Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew is a lot like a PSL, except cold … and creamy. Made with Starbucks Cold Brew, vanilla, and pumpkin cream foam (it’s made with real pumpkin, promise!), the new fall drink is the perfect substitute for when you’re just not feeling like going all in with the full PSL experience.

There is also a “dusting” of pumpkin spice topping to finish off the drink. If we’re going to dust our drinks with anything it has to be pumpkin spice. There is no such thing as too much pumpkin spice. Pumpkin spice forever and always.

This new drink arrives in stores on August 27, the same day as the PSL, and Salted Caramel Mocha — another fall drink to stimulate your taste buds on the off chance you do need to mix things up a little.

Hungry? Starbucks will also sell a Pumpkin Cream Cheese Muffin, because everyone knows breakfast is infinitely better when there is some kind of cheese involved. Pair that with a pumpkin scone and a pumpkin spice madeleine (cake) and you’ll find yourself pretty close to pumpkin overload. If such a thing existed.

Starbucks is also launching a cake pop in the shape of a cat for some reason? We’re not complaining, we’re just trying to connect it back to the overarching theme here. Last time we checked, pumpkins don’t meow. And I can’t speak for your felines, but my cat is scared of pumpkins. Don’t ask.
