The Busch Family Brewed is coming to MTV (and 4 more Brew TV needs)

MTV has ordered The Busch Family Brewed to series, which will debut in early March. The series will revolve around the descendants of the Busch family, founders of the iconic beer brand.

Deadline reports that a 10-episode comedy/reality show will center around the descendants of the Busch family. The Busch Family Brewed will be MTV’s latest family-centric reality sitcom, a genre the network has had much success with in the past with The Osbournes. While the Busch family life may be different from the domestic life of Ozzy Osbourne and his family, it’ll be far from dull.

The show will follow the great-grandson of Anheuser-Busch founder Adolphus Busch, Billy Busch Sr., his wife Christi, and their seven children (ranging in age from 13 to 28). The Busch Family Brewed will follow the family, all nine under one roof, as they break ground on a new craft brewery on their property. It’s not all business as breakups, big moves, and huge changes disrupt family life.

The Busch Family Brewed looks to be an interesting look into an American dynasty, but what other beer families are out there that may be worth a peek into either their domestic lives or has an interesting historic story? After all, Anheuser-Busch is just one of those stories.
