Bring out the bubbles for Galetine’s Day.

Galentine’s Day is celebrated on February 13, the day before Valentine’s Day. It’s a special day to get glammed up, and shower yourself and your bestie girlfriends with champagne, chocolates and lots of love. Sparkle, glitter and shine all day long! Sounds like fun? Then let’s get to it galfriends!

Start the day with a bubble bath. You could take a champagne bubble bath like Marilyn Monroe, but who has 360 bottles of champagne ready to pour in a bathtub? Better to add a little Philosophy bath gel in luxe scents such as pink chocolate macaroon, lemon custard and fresh cream.

Enjoy a pink mimosa while lounging in the suds. Simply place a small scoop of raspberry sorbet in a champagne flute, top with champagne or sparkling wine and garnish with fresh raspberries. But don’t stop there – remember this is your special day! Top your pink mimosa with Maud Borup’s Valentine’s Cosmic Cotton Candy (available at Target). It’s the prettiest fluffy pink color with a champagne flavor and it has edible 24 carat gold flecks in it to give it extra sparkle and shine!  You can even decorate your bathroom in Mimosa colors…Bed Bath and Beyond has bathroom accessory collection in Pink MImosa!

If you prefer a mocktail mimosa to start the day, simply place a small scoop of raspberry sorbet in a champagne flute and top with chilled gingerale and garnish with fresh raspberries.

Bundle up in your comfiest robe and settle in for a long afternoon of romantic movies with champagne and truffle popcorn. Pop your favorite popcorn, sprinkle with salt and toss with white truffle oil.

Today is the day to pull out the bunny slippers! Follow with a Galentine’s Day nap, you’ll need to conserve your energy for your Galentine’s Day Zoom Party.
