Tamera Mowry-Housley and Orgain say feeling good starts from within

Recently, Tamera Mowry-Housley shared how Orgain helps her feel good by adding foods that support her active lifestyle.

During a recent smoothie demo, Mowry-Housley shared how she fuels her day with a variety of tasty, protein-rich foods. The busy mom, entertainer and business woman appreciates that staying energized is supplemented by balanced food choices. From that quick meal to a recipe that everyone in her family likes, sometimes the simple answer is always an easy one.

Recently, Mowry-Housley partnered with Orgain to showcase how she uses a variety of their products in simple, tasty recipes. During the event, Mowry-Housley was clear. For her, smart choices have to easily work into her daily routine. In addition to being delicious, the ease of use is a priority.

One of the recipes that her whole family enjoys is a smoothie bowl.
