Ingredients:

  • 1 oz Stranahan’s Blue Peak
  • 1 oz Amontillado sherry
  • 1 oz Fuji apple juice
  • . 5 oz Cinnamon bark syrup
  • .5 oz Fresh lemon juice

Instructions:

  • Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker and strain into a couple glass. Garnish with an apple slice.
