The popular California-based restaurant, Tender Greens recently introduced new menu additions that showcase a perfect balance of wholesome ingredients and bold flavors that bring the taste of spring to your plate. The four new seasonal specials include the Short Rib, Harvest Chicken Salad, Chicken Tortilla Soup, and Pineapple Agua Fresca, and will be available at Tender Greens for a limited time, where there’s something for everyone. First, the Short Rib dish offers a succulent and hearty option for any carnivore. Tender Greens’ short rib dish is braised to perfection, accompanied by “creamy mashed potatoes, charred broccolini, pumpkin seed gremolata, and grilled sourdough bread” – all of which perfectly complement the robust flavor of this tender cut of beef. With its comforting warmth, it’s just what you need on those remaining cool spring days! This special menu item is only available after 4 p.m. on weekdays and weekends for a limited time.
