As the temperatures rise and the kids get out of school, summer is in full force. There is nothing better than a cold, decadent milkshake on a summer day. The Carl’s Jr.’s and Hardee’s Jolly Rancher Milkshake is going to be summer’s must have frozen treat.

There is something classic about a milkshake. Maybe it is because the treat is just fun. Whether you eat it with a spoon or sip it with a straw, you try to get every last drop out of that glass. Sometimes the milkshake is topped with whipped cream and a cherry. No matter how you enjoy it, it can be the perfect refreshment on a hot, summer day.
New to the Carl’s Jr. and Hardee’s milkshake family, the Jolly Rancher Milkshake blends classic vanilla with Jolly Rancher candies. The combination sounds slightly fruity yet still sweet. It appears that a variety of Jolly Rancher candies are used. This milkshake could be a fruity explosion.
Since the candies could be a little sticky, a spoon might be a good idea for this milkshake. No one wants to get a candy stuck in a straw. Plus the candies on the whipped cream definitely need a spoon to enjoy it best.

While some people could have a milkshake as a meal, Carl’s Jr. and Hardee’s suggest its new Memphis BBQ Thickburger to complete the meal. The new Memphis BBQ Thickburger combines Black Angus beef patty, topped with smoked pulled pork and covered with Memphis BBQ sauce. Those items are topped with crispy fried onions and cheese. This burger requires both a big bite and a big appetite.
