As Season 15 Top Chef winner and the executive chef at Chicago’s Michelin-starred restaurant Spiaggia and Café Spiaggia, Chef Joe is a well-seasoned celebrity chef. By becoming the On Location Culinary Ambassador for Super Bowl LII in Atlanta, he will be bringing his interpretation of Chicago classics to Atlanta.
