While some houses might have the space for a 15 foot hall gingerbread house, the Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa continues the visually stunning tradition for the 20th year. Made from over 10,000 pieces of gingerbread, it is a confectionary marvel.

Although the home baker might not create such a magnificent showpiece, everyone can enjoy some holiday gingerbread ornaments and caramel pecan fudge, which are available from the Bake Shop. Maybe a few bites of this classic Austrian recipe could influence your next holiday cookie.

At Disney’s Contemporary Resort, Cinderella Castle inspires this holiday display. As Cinderella and Prince Charming greet guests, the home baker could be inspired by this royal display. Maybe on your home gingerbread house, you could use some regal colors, like gold and purple, or add hidden crown to your own version of a castle.

For theme park guests, Epcot’s American Adventure draws inspiration from the Washington, D.C. From the U.S. Capitol to Lincoln Memorial and Washington Monument, national symbols come to life in gingerbread.
