Hell’s Kitchen Season 18 episode 11 has tempers heating up again in the kitchen. Could a sweet treat tame the fury felt between chefs?

Hell’s Kitchen Season 18 episode 11 has the chefs yearning for the ultimate prize. Can these kitchen dreams cause even more chaos in the kitchen? If the chefs can’t find a way to work together, everyone’s chances at the Gordon Ramsay restaurant dream job could go up in flames.

According to FOX, this Hell’s Kitchen Season 18 episode 11 synopsis states:

"The competition heats up with only seven chefs left in the competition. During the challenge, guest judge and renowned pastry chef and chocolatier Valerie Gordon cracks down hard on both teams’ take on dessert. The dinner service starts without a hitch, but one team’s lack of communication causes pure chaos in the kitchen, resulting in a dramatic elimination."

With this week having a dessert challenge, it will be curious to see which chef can earn the early advantage. Dessert can always trip up even the best chefs in a culinary competition. Where cooking has finesse and feel, baking is precise and exact.

Given this particular challenge, my money is on Mia. She seems to excel in some of these challenges. Her background is quite diverse. Plus, it is likely that she has a dessert recipe ready for this particular challenge.

Of course, desert isn’t the only challenge in Hell’s Kitchen Season 18 episode 11. Check out this exclusive preview clip.

It has been said before and it will be said again, communication is vital in any good kitchen. Chefs who can’t work together can’t create a cohesive meal. If the chefs can’t find a way to work together, the red team will eventually all go home.

Last week, Jose left the kitchen due to his inability to cook veal. While this huge mistake was extremely surprising, communication was a big factor, too. Jose is such a talented chef and it seemed like that he would go to the end.

Again, Trev seems to skate through week after week. Even though he has skill, he keeps complaining about everything and everyone one. How can this attitude be beneficial for the kitchen? Even the world’s best chef needs to communicate with his fellow chefs. Hell’s Kitchen isn’t kindergarten.

Looking at the remaining chefs, the women should retain their edge in this competition. They are willing to put aside egos to continue to retain their place in the kitchen. Once it is every woman for herself, will that attitude change?
