Helll’s Kitchen Season 18 Grand Finale has two talented chefs battling in the season’s final dinner service. With the eliminated chefs helping them achieve the ultimate goal, who will be a leader in the kitchen and who will succumb to the pressure?

This preview clip shows a key ingredient to winning Hell’s Kitchen is authority. The chefs need to have culinary authority and she needs to have authority over the line, too. In this clip, Mia seems a little frazzled.

While Mia has had extreme success, winning more Hell’s Kitchen challenges, she seems almost confused during prep. Cooking in a restaurant is very different than cooking as a private chef. She needs to find a way to get her vision across to her team.

Additionally, it can be hard to delegate to chefs who were eliminated. They may not want Mia to win. It would be horrible to think that these chefs would purposely sabotage Mia.

Lastly, these chefs may not be confident in cooking Mia’s dishes. While the chefs have been cooking various types of dishes, Mia tends to have layered, complex dishes. Does she have the right team to support her vision?

Hopefully, this final dinner service will be decided on the best food and skip the drama. Both women are talented chefs and are worthy of the ultimate title.
