Cookie Puss Beers aren’t a figment of your food imagination. This collaboration between Carvel Ice Cream and Captain Lawrence Brewing will be coming to store shelves. These two new beers incorporate some iconic flavors to create a bold, flavorful craft beer.

These two new beers are Cookie O’Puss Pastry Stout and Cookie Puss Milkshake IPA. These two beers use some classic Carvel ingredients in creating these particular beers. After a successful launch of Fudgie the Beer, these new beers continue the winning beer collaboration.

Launching on February 26, the Cookie O’Puss Pastry Stout is a robust dark beer. Just like the St. Patrick’s Day themed ice cream, this particular beer builds on one of the prominent flavors of the ice cream, Carvel’s signature chocolate crunchies.

The Captain Lawrence Brewing beer is chocolate forward. While there are hints of roasted flavor, the chocolate is the boldest flavor that comes through with each sip. If you choose to enjoy a Cookie O’Puss with this beer or just enjoy it on its own, it is definitely a bold flavor to explore.

The other collaborate beer celebrates Carvel’s 85th birthday. The Cookie Puss Milkshake IPA is a new twist on the iconic ice cream character, flavor and brand. Focusing on the vanilla ice cream flavor, this beer will have a full-bodied taste and a rich texture.
