Dole Whip mimosas are coming and the mimosa trend is here to stay

You aren’t dreaming. Dole Whip mimosas will be delighting foodies at Disney Springs. It looks like the mimosa trend is still going strong.

Are you part of the mimosa trend? Joining the ever growing mimosa offerings are Dole Whip mimosas. In a new menu, Disney Spring’s Wine Bar by George will be offering this special mimosa. As part of the Wine Country Brunch, the iconic Dole Whip gets an adult upgrade. Are you thirsty yet?

This adult drink will include the iconic pineapple Dole Whip, prosecco and moscato. Based on the ingredients, the drink should have a lovely balance of sweet and tart. Additionally, the brunch menu offers a froscato, a frozen libation of moscato, vodka and pineapple.

These two cocktails are definitely a reason to visit Wine Bar by George. Based on the brunch menu, there are numerous dishes that would be a delightful pairing. From the Wine Country Omelet to the Jicama-Kohlrabi Salad, almost anything would be tasty with these mimosas.

The addition of these two cocktails shows that the mimosa trend is here to stay. Mimosas have been popping up all over theme park menus. At this year’s Epcot Food and Wine, the Shimmering Sips Mimosa Bar was a huge hit. It seemed like everyone was sipping on those frozen mimosas by the living wall.

But, the mimosas didn’t stop after that food festival. Currently, the Epcot Flower and Garden Festival has several wine-infused delights. It can be hard to resist having another sip.
