Since summer is heating up, popiscles are a must. Why not turn your favorite tea into a refreshing, flavorful cocktail. This recipe, from Numi Organic Teas, is perfect for those hot summer afternoon.

Here’s how to make 4 Ice Tea Popiscles.

4 Iced Tea Popsicles

"Author: Holly RoseRecipe type: Iced Tea PopsiclesServes: 4 60ml popsicle per recipeINGREDIENTSPURPOSE¼ cup Numi Holistic Purpose Teasan¼ cup rice milk1 tbsp agave syrup1 tbsp oatmeal (GF)1 square of chocolate shaved—VISION⅓ cup of Numi Holistic Vision Teasan2.5 tsp of agave syrup1 tsp of fresh lime juice—BALANCE¼ cup of Numi Holistic BalanceTeasan1 slice of watermelon (deseeded and transformed into ¼ cup of Watermelon Juice)1.5 tbsp of agave syrup1 tsp of fresh lime juicepinch of sesame seeds for the garnish—EMBRACE1 cup of Numi Holistic Embrace Teasan1 fig (blended into a fig mixture of which you will use 3 tbsp)½ tsp of vanilla2-3 tsp of agave syrup (to taste)1 tbsp of rice milk1 tsp of chia seedsPinch of cinnamonPinch of saltINSTRUCTIONSPURPOSE: Make a cup of Purpose tea and let it seep and cool. While the tea is cooling, add the rice milk, agave syrup and oatmeal to your blender. Once the tea has cooled, add it to the blender and blend it together so the oatmeal becomes liquid. Place the mixture it in the popsicle maker (make sure it’s BPA free!), garnish with chocolate shavings, and stick it in the freezer.VISION: Make a cup of Vision tea and let it seep and cool. Once the tea has cooled, pour ⅓ of the cup into a bowl, mix in the agave syrup and lime juice and mix together. Place the mixture it in the popsicle maker (make sure it’s BPA free!), garnish with edible flowers, and stick it in the freezer.BALANCE: Make a cup of Balance tea and let it seep and cool. While the tea is cooling, put the watermelon in the blender and blend until smooth, remove the juice and measure out ¼ of a cup to place back in the blender. Add the lime juice to the ¼ of a cup of watermelon. Once the tea has cooled, pour it into the blender with the ¼ of a cup of watermelon juice and the 1tsp of lime juice. Blend it all together. Place the mixture it in the popsicle maker (make sure it’s BPA free!), garnish with sesame seeds, then stick it in the freezer.EMBRACE: Make a cup of Embrace tea and let it seep and cool. While the tea is cooling, put the fig in the blender and blend until smooth. Remove the fix mixture and place it into a bowl. Measure out 3 tbsp of the fig mixture and place back in the blender. Once the tea has cooled, add it to the blender as well along with vanilla, agave syrup, rice milk, chia seeds, cinnamon and salt. Blend until smooth. Place the mixture it in the popsicle maker (make sure it’s BPA free!), garnish with edible flower petals, then stick it in the freezer."

"SAKE-SPIKED LYCHEE ICED TEA COCKTAILCOOK TIME10 minsTOTAL TIME10 minsAuthor: Hannah TheisenRecipe type: Tea CocktailServes: 1 cocktailINGREDIENTSFor the Lychee Simple Syrup:1.5 cups of fresh lychee fruit, or 1 can of preserved lychee1 cup water1 cup sugarTo assemble each cocktail:1 cup of chilled green tea (I used Numi’s Mate Lemon)⅛ cup of Lychee syrup⅛ cup of SakeSliced pineapple chunks to garnishIceINSTRUCTIONSTo create the Lychee simple syrup, bring water, sugar and fruit to a slow boil (drain the lychee first if you’re using canned fruit!). Stir constantly until sugar is dissolved and the mixture is slightly thickened. Cool to room temperature.To compile the cocktail, combine green tea, Lychee syrup, sake and ice together. Add in pineapple chunks as garnish. Enjoy!"
