Orlando’s Magical Dining Month celebrates Orlando’s vibrant dining scene. With over 120 participating restaurants, how many reservations will you make?

Foodies should add to their dining budget. Orlando’s Magical Dining Month is back for the 14th year. The annual dining celebration gives food fans, locals and even tourists an opportunity to taste some of Orlando’s best restaurants and chefs. With so many options, you could skip cooking at home for an entire month.

While the theme parks and cultural scene might bring numerous visitors, the blossoming Orlando dining scene deserves to be celebrated. From James Beard Award winning chefs to culinary innovators, food in Orlando is as thrilling as the biggest roller coaster drop. This type of dining program highlights some of the best, brightest and tastiest food that the City Beautiful has to offer.

According George Aguel, Visit Orlando President and CEO, “The expanding depth of options for diners this fall reflects Orlando’s thriving culinary scene found in all areas of our destination, from the tourism corridor and Restaurant Row to downtown Orlando, Winter Park and beyond.”

This year, the dining program runs from August 23 through September 30. Participating restaurants will offer a three-course, $35 prix dinner menu. The list of restaurants covers every possible cuisine, from Spanish tapas to vegan. There is an option for everyone.

Given the price point for this type of dining event, it allows foodies to try numerous restaurants without breaking the bank. $35 for a three course meal is a huge cost savings.

More importantly, $1 from each meal sold benefits local charities. If all the food doesn’t entice you, raising money for worthy causes is a perfect reason to eat out over and over during the promotion.

Looking at this year’s list, a few spots will definitely book quickly. If you haven’t been to Jaleo in Disney Springs, the Jose Andres restaurant is an amazing choice for this event. Other Disney Springs restaurants, like Morimoto Asia, Enzo’s Hideaway and Paddlefish are also participating.

Also, this year’s restaurants include many local flavors. From Luma on Park to Polite Pig, this event is a wonderful opportunity to discover the culinary talent that Orlando has.
