According to the Food Network, BBQ Brawl Flay vs. Symon premiere episode, “Backyard BBQ” synopsis states:
"Bobby Flay and Michael Symon suss out the talents of eight elite barbecue masters, but before choosing teams, they face off in a backyard barbecue challenge to determine who gets first pick. The eight contenders serve up backyard barbecue dishes to a trio of expert judges, and two contenders are sent home."
This new Food Network show will be must watch TV for a variety of reasons. First, if you have ever seen Flay and Symon interact on television, it is entertaining. It is clear that they are good friends and have a great rapport.
