Worst Cooks in America Season 17 episode 6 preview: A Very Brady Brunch
There’s a story about some Worst Cooks in America tonight. These recruits better whip up some tasty dishes because Alice isn’t in the kitchen to save them.
Ready for another Worst Cooks in America episode? With HGTV having their Brady House renovation show premiering this week, it makes sense that this Food Network show would have a Brady theme. Are you ready to go a little retro?
According to the Food Network, this week’s episode, “A Very Brady Brunch,” synopsis states:
"Boot camp has gone retro and the recruits must work together as a family while tasting and describing dishes while blindfolded. The retro theme continues as the recruits learn how to make fondue and receive a visit from Cindy Brady herself, Susan Olsen. Chefs Anne Burrell and Bobby Flay teach the recruits how to make a beautiful brunch but those who aren’t having a sunshine day will be sent home."
The first challenge is an opportunity for the recruits to show how far they have come. When you can’t see ingredients, it can trick your senses. Even though you always know that guacamole has avocado, when you can’t see it, you might think it is something else.
As for the fondue, that challenge could be quite interesting. Fondue has made a comeback. There is something tasty about dipping food in warm cheese. Hopefully these recruits will have a ooey, gooey cheese and not something chunky.
For the last challenge, brunch is always a great idea. It will be interesting to see what dish the recruits have to prepare. It seems possible that the recruits could have to make poached eggs and even a hollandaise sauce.
Looking at the remaining recruits, Adrian has come a long way. He seems to have learned a lot in this competition. It will be interesting to see if he can keep improving.
The Rocking Red Stars seem to have some blessings from Father Adam. He stopped being timid last week and was safe. Can he find some more divine intervention?
