In the Worst Cooks in America finale, two recruits enter boot camp with the hopes of earning redemption. Who goes from worst to first?

After an epic Worst Cooks in America season, two recruits have made the Worst Cooks in America finale. Will Adrian or Juliann earn their own ultimate cooking redemption and their mentor the bragging rights? One more massive cook awaits on their culinary journey.

According to Food Network, the Worst Cooks in America Season 17 finale synopsis states:

"The final two recruits return to boot camp to face one last Skill Drill. They attempt to create impressive dishes that require skills they’ve learned in boot camp while their mothers secretly watch from the next room. Next, chefs Anne Burrell and Bobby Flay teach their recruits how to make a three-course, restaurant-quality meal they’ll have to recreate in order to impress a panel of culinary experts. Judges Vivian Chan, Martina McBride and Donal Skehan taste the dishes in a blind taste test to determine the winner of the $25,000 grand prize."

First, it is interesting that really both finalists are originally Team Anne. While Adrian was traded to Team Bobby, he was originally with Anne Burrell. But, that trade really allowed Adrian to shine under Bobby Flay. In way, that trade was the best thing to happen to Adrian.

For the first challenge, cooking for family can always be challenging. While everyone wants to make a perfect meal for a loved one, there is some added pressure. Hopefully, this cooking challenge has the surprise of their loved ones in the area. No one wants to fail right before the final cook.

Thinking about a three course meal, the two finalists need to listen to their mentors. While they have learned a lot through this journey, they are still learning. Each cook needs to execute these finale plates. Simple mistakes will not be overlooked.

It will be curious how each team approaches the finale meal. Bobby will probably play to spices and layers of flavors. Adrian does well with building flavors in his dishes. While some of his dishes tend to skew more healthy, it will be curious to see how he can elevate his finale meal.

Juliann needs to stay on track in her finale meal. She delivers when she follows directions and puts together a composed plate. While she has had a few errors, she can deliver a big meal under pressure.

If I had to guess the winner, my money is on Adrian. Given the finale judges, his potential style of meal might appeal to them more.
