The Cheesecake Factory gives America what they want to eat
When was the last time you dined at The Cheesecake Factory? These new menu items might surprise you.
The Cheesecake Factory has always been a favorite with diners. The vast and varied menu might be considered one of the largest, but it is always evolving. From food trends to guests’ feedback, those classics are paired with exciting additions.
According to The Cheesecake Factory’s chief culinary officer Donald Moore, the restaurants’ menus are updated twice a year. The reason why the menu continues to grow is because “we want to offer what our guests want.”
For example, when food trends focus on small, sharable plates, the menu added tapa style dishes. The Small Plates & Snacks section appealed to guests who wanted to share and sample all types of dishes.
Additionally, the menu has sections for lower calories choices, “super foods” and even plant-based options. Since the food is “fresh from scratch” in the restaurants, chefs can easily accommodate guests needs and requests.
Moore said, “whatever America wants to eat can go on our menu’ and we’ll continue to add dishes that meet our guests’ needs.”

Recently, The Cheesecake Factory added some new dishes to its menu. While those tempting cheescakes are a perfect way to end the meal, these new dishes vary from a little lighter to food trends. More importantly, there will definitely be room for those tasty desserts.
The new dishes include: “Brick Chicken, Mediterranean Grilled Chicken, Pan Seared Branzino with Lemon Butter, Skinnylicoius Grilled Branzino with Mediterranean Salsam Crispy Fried Chicken Sandwich and Hummus.”
Looking at these new menu items, the Branzino is a lovely addition. The two different menu items show the versatility of the dish. This fish can blend well with a variety of flavors.
Moore said, “We really like Branzino because it’s mild in flavor, moist, delicate and tastes simple but so delicious! We also really liked its versatility and are preparing it two ways.”
While a delicate fish is amazing, the Crispy Fried Chicken Sandwich is quickly become a menu favorite. Moore said, “believe it or not, this was probably one of the dishes we worked on the most of any dish over the last decade because we wanted every component to be perfect.”

“We worked hard to include every component from all of our favorite fried chicken sandwiches – including the flavors, texture and temperature – and everything combined creates this incredible sensational experience when you eat this sandwich.” Looking at this dish, it is definitely a must try for any chicken sandwich lover. It definitely will make you skip the drive through.
Looking at this dish, it is clear that attention to all those little details really makes a difference. From the seasoning to the batter to even the placement of the pickles, a well-made chicken sandwich cannot be beat. One bite will convince even the hardest critic.
What is next for The Cheesecake Factory? There is always more coming. Twice a year the menu is updated. From food trends to something innovative, a dining experience will always be fresh and current. Still, those core menu items will always have a place on that infamous menu.
As Moore said, “we’ll never forget where we came from!” And, that sentiment is why guests keep coming back for more than forty years.
