Holiday Wars asks the question that everyone wonders, what does Santa do during the off season? Which team gets a piece of coal before the finale?

With one episode before the Holiday Wars finale, the three remaining teams need to answer a question that no one has ever determined. What does Santa do the other 11 months of the year? Could Santa really have a side job?

According to Food Network, this week’s Holiday Wars episode, “Santa’s New Gig” will feature:

"Host Jonathan Bennett challenges the three remaining teams of cake and sugar artists to show how Santa celebrates the off-season with a side job. Judges Shinmin Li and Jason Smith decide which two teams will move on to the finale to compete for the $25,000 grand prize."

The idea of Santa’s other job should really push the teams creativity. While the teams have already done beach vacations, this new job need to have a touch of humor. Maybe Santa is a UPS driver or an Uber Eats driver. He is quite good at delivering gifts.

While these ideas are slightly obvious, the team that can find something unique, a little silly and execute that vision the best, that team will definitely earn a spot in the finale. Still, one team will have their holiday hopes dashed in this challenge.

It is hard to determine which team really has an advantage. Overall, the teams have been relatively even.

The biggest difference in this Food Network competition is the tasting element. From not following the style to a mistake in flavor, that tasting element has sent a team home. Could the same situation happen again this week?
