In this episode of Gordon Ramsay’s 24 Hours to Hell and Back, the gentler side of the emphatic chef should be on display as a family looks to make a comeback.

Gordon Ramsay’s 24 Hours to Hell and Back gets a little help on this episode. While this restaurant intervention show often focuses on the negative aspects of the restaurant industry, these restaurant owners have other more important issues. Can Gordon make a positive difference to bring the family and the restaurant back from disaster?

According to FOX, this Gordon Ramsay’s 24 Hours to Hell and Back features the following:

"Gordon Ramsay’s “Hell On Wheels” travels to The Park, a gastro pub located in Oak Park, CA. Rob Gronkowski stops by the restaurant as a decoy, so Gordon can experience the food and issues first hand, while not being noticed. Chef Ramsay and his crew find a couple who tragically lost their home in the Woolsey Fire struggling to hang on to not only their restaurant, but their family. Ramsay will try to bring this failing restaurant back from the brink of disaster – all in just 24 hours. As the clock ticks down, Ramsay and his team transform this restaurant with a spectacular renovation, a fresh new menu and hope for the future in the all-new “The Park Restaurant & Bar” episode of GORDON RAMSAY’S 24 HOURS TO HELL AND BACK airing Tuesday, Feb. 18 (9:00-10:00 PM ET/PT) on FOX. (HRS-307) (TV-14 D, L)"

Of course, many people will focus on Rob Gronkowski and his appearance on the show. Sure, the big Gronk personality makes the show entertaining. While there needs to be a lighthearted moment, the hardship felt by this family is more than just a failing restaurant.

Many people tend to forget that restaurant owners are people with difficulties in their every day lives. While they provide a service to the area, the community needs to rally around that business as well. It is a two way street.

Given the area, a gastro pub which seems to focus on sports and entertainment could pull in the community. But, the menu needs to reflect what the community would appreciate and want. Of course, the kitchen needs to execute that menu, too.

Based on some current information, The Park Restaurant & Bar seems to have good reviews. Many people enjoy the gastro pub menu. From the Buffalo Cauliflower to the burgers to the big steaks, people are enjoying the food. It seems that the menu has enough variety without being too vast.

Overall, the atmosphere seems to be enjoyable. While online reviews should always be read cautiously, the majority of people seem happy with their experience. Remember any restaurant can have a bad night but they can make it right. Given the story behind the restaurant, maybe more people will give them even a second chance.
