Which food trucks are willing to make the big bet on The Great Food Truck Race Season 12? With California in their rearview mirror, these food trucks are ready for the next challenge. But, has Bachelor’s Kitchen finally run out?
According to Food Network, this week’s The Great Food Truck Race episode features the following:
"Tyler Florence meets up with the four remaining food trucks in Las Vegas, and Sin City proves to be the toughest sell yet. The teams have to get creative on the casino floor when they spin the “protein roulette” wheel, and they put their service skills to the test for an in-suite dining challenge on the strip."
Bringing the food trucks to Las Vegas is an interesting choice. Considering all the food choices on the Vegas Strip, this challenge could be a hard sell. These food trucks need to do something to stand out in a crowd.
Looking at the two challenges, the food trucks will need to be creative. A protein roulette wheel could be quite tricky. In this season, these challenges have been unpredictable. Hopefully, the food trucks bring big, bold flavors to the challenge.
Thinking about an in-suite dining challenge, this concept could be quite difficult. If the focus is on service, the teams with big personalities could do well. Then again, there always seems to be some hiccup for the better teams.

Overall, this season has been about winning the challenges. Bachelor Kitchen would not be in the competition but for the challenges. Is it finally the week for this team of two to turn in their keys?
