As everyone continues to navigate the current crisis, the No Kid Hungry Free Meals Finder is the resource that families need.

With food insecurity growing every day, the No Kid Hungry Free Meals Finder is a resource for families across the country. In partnership with Nestlé Pure Life, the online map resource highlights meal distribution sites within local communities. Putting additional resources at people’s fingertips can lessen the stress during these trying times.

According to No Kid Hungry, “22 millions kids eat free and low-cost meals during the school day.” While students may be able to able to do distance learning from the kitchen table, those school breakfasts and lunches are within arm’s reach. Families need the tools to help source the meal programs.

“During this time of crisis, many families are facing hardship. Finding places where they can get food assistance quickly and easily is more critical than ever, as it means kids can get the school meals they rely on, even while schools are closed,” said Jason Wilson, Managing Director of Brand and Marketing, No Kid Hungry.

This new online, interactive map gives families the tools to find the resources that they need. While created in response to the current crisis, the program will be available into the future as well. Although everyone would like to see food insecurity lessen, the reality may not be quite as promising.

Many people, companies and organizations are going their part to help during the current crisis. From donating meals to charitable funds, the willingness to lend a hand has been a positive aspect in a bleak world. Although it might be that small ray of hope, every piece of encouragement is the fuel to strive for better.
