Pop open a bottle because prosecco cocktails are making every sip more festive.

Even though days might blend together, prosecco cocktails can make any occasion a little more festive. While a bottle of prosecco might be opened for a celebration, it doesn’t have to be saved for one particular reason. Why not open a bottle any day to add a little bubbly to brighten the mood.

While there are many types of sparkling wines, prosecco is a very versatile option. Whether drunk simply on its own or used in a prosecco cocktail, those tiny, effervescent bubbles add a touch of vibrancy to the glass.

La Marca Prosecco is a great option to have in the house. Whether you have a few of the mini bottles or a full size bottle chilled in the wine fridge, this prosecco is quite versatile.

The fruity, crisp flavor can pair with many different foods. From some egg bites served with Sunday brunch, a cheese plate in the middle of the afternoon or just a glass while binge watching that favorite show, there is always an excuse to open a bottle (or two).

While La Marca Prosecco is delightful on its own, the crisp, fruity notes pair well in prosecco cocktails. Luckily, the brand has shared some tasty cocktails with FoodSided. If your bottle is chilled and your cocktail shaker is ready, here are some sparkling cocktail suggestions.

Brunch: Sparkling Peach

A bellini is often a popular brunch cocktail. The sweetness of the peach with the crispness of the prosecco works well. Given that peaches are a popular summer fruit, it can pair well with some grilled peaches and a dollop of cream. What will you pair this prosecco cocktail with?

Sparkling Peach

Ingredients:

  • 3 oz. La Marca Prosecco
  • 2 oz. Premium Brandy
  • ¾ oz. lemon juice
  • ½ oz. simple syrup
  • ½ oz. orange liqueur
  • Lemons

Method:

Shake all ingredients except La Marca. Strain into a martini glass while simultaneously pouring in your Prosecco. Garnish with a twist of lemon peel for the perfect sparkling peach cocktail.

Prosecco cocktails for long summer nights

Even though summer vacations might have been postponed this year, those long summer nights are reason to sit back and relax. As the sun slowly sets on the horizon, this cocktail is the perfect sip to enjoy as the stars slowly appear.

Plus, here’s a special tip. You can freeze the grapes to keep the cocktail cold without diluting the flavor. Those little grapes are like a special treat, too.
