Equally as important, the iced coffees contain as much caffeine as an 8 oz cup of brewed coffee. Basically, these new beverages mean that the iced coffee indulgence doesn’t some with a sip of guilt.
If coffee isn’t your indulgence, but dessert is, Atkins has a new line of Endulge Dessert Bars. Available in three flavors, Lemon Tart, Strawberry Cheesecake and Chocolate Caramel Fudge, these bars mimic the flavors and textures of your favorite desserts.
While each of these treats have 3 net carbs and 1 gram of sugar, the real treat is the combination of textures. The outside is rich and creamy and the inside is crisp and crunchy. Now, almost any sweet craving can be satisfied.
