Halloween Wars Season 10 episode 3: Do you need monster support?
In this week’s Halloween Wars episode, the teams might need to phone a friend.
After tackling a road trip and date night, Halloween Wars is taking a step back. Sometimes the most memorable moments happen amongst friends. Can monsters really be friends?
According to the Food Network, this week’s Halloween Wars episode, “Monster Support Group” features the following:
"Jonathan Bennett challenges the four remaining teams made up of an expert pumpkin carver, a cake artist and a sugar master to create astonishing and delectable Halloween-themed displays showing that even the scariest monsters need friends, too. Judges Shinmin Li and Todd Tucker are joined by actress Katie Sarife to pick the winning team."
Showing a display with monster friends could be tricky for these teams. Usually the top displays have more of an edge to the concept and look. Can friends be scary?
It will be interesting to see how the teams interpret this theme. There is a possibility that displays could focus on a monster who is not acting “monster like.” Maybe they are being too nice and need to fight that frightful act.
Although this week’s theme is different, it could be an opportunity for one team to really push the boundaries. So far, it has been difficult to see a team emerge as a front runner. The Small Scare hasn’t been a good predictor. Last week’s displays were all over the map. Could this week have one team pull ahead?
