These delicious Impossible Sliders get a flavor upgrade thanks to Disney chefs.

Looking for the secret to the most delicious Impossible Sliders? From meatless Mondays to plant-based food trends, many families are looking for plant-based food recipes to create in the home kitchen. While some celebrity chefs have shared their recipes, Disney chefs are revealing a little secret of their own.

Many people have enjoyed Taste of Epcot Food and Wine festival this year. While the festival is a little different from years past, the food choices are vast and varied.

One of the popular choices is the Impossible Burger Slider with Wasabi Cream and Spicy Asian Slaw. While the Impossible Burger is the official plant based burger for the Disney Parks, this recipe is slightly different from other menu offerings. The key is the condiments on the sliders.

Since Disney chefs understand that the best recipes build both flavors and textures, these Impossible Sliders deliver both. It is a celebration of bold, yet approachable, flavors that make each bite totally satisfying.

On the Disney Parks blog, the Disney Chefs shared the complete recipe. While you can make this dish at home for your family, there are even more possibilities for this dish.

For example, the Spicy Asian Slaw can be used on a variety of dishes. From a topping on a grilled chicken breast to fish to even Asian inspired tacos, this recipe has the versatility that home cooks need.

Also, this dish uses papaya. While some home cooks might not use this ingredient often, it adds a new dimension to recipes. It could inspire some other dishes like a papaya salad, which is delightfully refreshing any time of year.

Beyond the Spicy Asian Slaw, the Wasabi Cream is an alternative condiment. While many people turn to sriracha or even gochujang to level up the heat in a dish, this option brings a richness to any recipe.

This Wasabi Cream would be tasty served with a tuna dish or it could become an alternative to a plain mayonnaise on a sandwich. Doesn’t that traditional turkey club deserve a little flavor boost?

With these Impossible Sliders, the Disney chefs are proving what more and more people are learning to appreciate. Building flavors and textures with plant-based food options is the key to a successful recipe.
