The Blaze Pizza Cheesy Bread is just Blaze’s scratch-made dough, whole milk mozzarella, a touch of oregano and a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil. According to Executive Chef and Blaze Pizza co-founder, Brad Kent, “When we talked about creating an accompaniment for our pizzas, we started with our fresh dough, which is crafted daily at each of our restaurants. We then combined our whole-milk mozzarella, oregano and a drizzle of 100% extra virgin Spanish olive oil, resulting in a symphony of flavors in every bite.”

Although one bite might not make you break into song, it will make you go back for more. Each order of Cheesy Bread is served with Blaze’s signature house-made red sauce. Looking back at 2020, it is interesting that Blaze Pizza is ending the year with a new menu item that focuses on simplicity. While its Hot Chicken pizza was quite successful and other menu items focus on bold flavors, this comfort food focused menu item seems to show that people are taking a step towards simplicity.
