Kellogg’s Cereal Bars make cereal snacking more convenient
Ditch the spoon because Kellogg’s Cereal Bars are here.
The new Kellogg’s Cereal Bars curb that cereal craving anytime and anywhere. After the successful launch of the Kellogg’s Jumbo SNAX, these cereal bars take cereal snacking in a new direction. Ready to unwrap a new cereal experience?
Many people are drawn to cereal. Whether it is a bite of nostalgia from childhood to just loving those iconic flavors, cereal has a strong connection to people. While it can satisfy that hunger, it can bring a smile in every spoonful.
While people are drawn to their favorite cereals, a cereal bowl is not always convenient. To give cereal lovers more options, brands are ditching the bowl for more portable cereal snacking.
The new Kellogg’s Cereal Bars transform Kellogg’s Froot Loops and Kellogg’s Frosted Flakes into this snackable treat. Made from cereal pieces, each bar is about a half serving of cereal. Whether eaten as a snack, a small breakfast or just an anytime treat, these cereal bars might become a family favorite.
According to Sarah Reinecke, Senior Director Brand Marketing, “At Kellogg’s, we’re always looking to innovate and deliver new experiences that our fans desire, and we know breakfast isn’t the only time people munch on cereal.”
Some people prefer this type of portable cereal option. Whether it is ditching the milk component or just preferring a different texture, the cereal bar option expands the concept of what cereal can be.
Given that these new cereal bars bring favorite cereals to the new offering, it already has a built in fan base. If people love Froot Loops, they are likely to try the new cereal bars. Just like people flocked to try the Froot Loops candy canes, people will want to try the new cereal bars.
The Kellogg’s cereal bars will be available starting in December at various retailers. The cereal bars will be sold in six-, 18- and 36-count boxes.
