Why is the DoubleTree Signature Cookie Recipe so delicious?
Has DoubleTree Signature Cookie Recipe become the chocolate chip standard?
That warm, delicious cookie gift has delighted DoubleTree guests. With the DoubleTree Signature Cookie Recipe available for everyone to make, people are still obsessed with that iconic cookie recipe. As one of the most searched cookie recipes for 2020, it seems that people are craving that delicious treat. But, what makes that cookie recipe so delicious?
Thinking of that iconic DoubleTree chocolate chip cookie, people have consumed “more than 30 million” cookies per year. That cookie has even been baked aboard the International Space Station. But, what makes it so much better than other cookies?
Looking at the recipe below, there are some similarities to the classic Nestle Tollhouse recipe and there are some differences. The use of rolled oats adds a lovely texture.
Still the key to this recipe is the freshly squeezed lemon juice. That touch of acid adds a brightness to the flavor. It cuts through all the other flavors. In some ways, it is that touch of flavor that makes you go back for another cookie (and another).
This ingredient idea could be borrowed with other recipes. Just like salt can heighten the sweetness in a recipe, a little bit of citrus can brighten many recipes.
Here’s how to me the DoubleTree Signature Cookie recipe.
