In the Holiday Baking Championship finale, one baker creates holiday dessert perfection.

With four bakers remaining, the Holiday Baking Championship finale is set. Although each baker dreams of unwrapping that Food Network prize, only one baker will earn the title. Which holiday dessert will be picture perfect?

According to the Food Network, the Holiday Baking Championship finale, “Christmas Windows in Time” features the following:

"Dressed as a Christmas tree, host Jesse Palmer kicks things off by asking the final four competitors to honor the holiday tree in the form of a beautifully decorated macaron tower. In the Christmas past, present and future main heat, the bakers must feature an assigned icing style in a stunning cake that evokes their assigned time period — marzipan from the past, buttercream from the present or mirror glaze from the future. In the end, judges Nancy Fuller, Duff Goldman and Carla Hall will decide the one baker who will be crowned Holiday Baking Champion and walk away $25,000 richer!"

For the preheat, the holiday baking challenge is quite difficult. While many people stare in awe at a macaron tower, the creation of that holiday treat takes a talented hand. From making the perfect macaron to carefully securing them to the tower, each part needs to be on point.

In the main heat, the finale cake could be an advantage for some and a disadvantage for others. The type of frosting will be a game changer. If the icing goes wrong, the cake will not be correct. Some icings are easier to make than others.

Looking at the four remaining bakers, it is hard to determine who has an advantage. Each baker has an advantage in some aspects and a disadvantage in others. Think about Eva. She brings the love in each bite, but her decorating might not be as strong. On the other hand, Megan is a strong decorator, but sometimes misses the mark in flavor.

In the end, any of the four remaining bakers in the Holiday Baking Championship finale could be crowned champion. Who will win? Here’s how to watch.
