In this Worst Cooks in America episode, the recruits need to show that they are not a fish out of the water in the kitchen. While they might have come a long way in the past couple of challenges, there is still much to be learned. Who will reel in a win this week?

According to the Food Network, this episode of Worst Cooks in America, “Hook, Line and Sink ‘Em” features the following:

"Chefs Anne Burrell and Carla Hall congratulate the recruits for mastering the land, but now it’s time to conquer the sea. First, the teams go head-to-head in a seafood identification game with trivia questions and traveling by boat to grab ingredients. The skill drill challenge has them whipping up steaming bowls of mussels, and in the main challenge, the chefs task their recruits with making seafood risotto. The least successful recruits who are still lost at sea are sent home."

Thinking about the seafood identification challenge, many people at home should watch this portion. Being able to identify fish could be really important at your next dinner out. From flavor differences to being tricked at a restaurant, not all fish in the sea are the same.

Thinking about a seafood risotto dish, the recruits have a tough challenge. Anyone who watches culinary competitions know that risotto is often the food that causes them to be sent home. Risotto is not an easy dish. If these recruits can master a decent risotto, they can cook almost anything.

Even though no one was sent home in the last episode, there is still much to be learned in this competition. Only one recruit will earn the title. Can you guess which recruit will go from worst to first?
