On Hell’s Kitchen Season 19 episode 6, the chefs are ready to turn up the volume. As the chefs go to a head to head battle, which dish will hit all the right flavor notes?

According to Fox, Hell’s Kitchen Season 19 episode 6, “Metal and Marina” features the following:

"The Red Team gets to choose which member of the Blue Team they would like to go head-to-head with in a challenge to reinterpret classic Italian dishes. Later, the chefs get a surprise when Hell’s Kitchen hosts diners who will later be part of the audience at the Pen & Teller magic show in the all-new “Metal & Marina” episode of HELL’S KITCHEN airing Thursday, Feb. 11 (8:00-9:00 PM ET/PT) on FOX."

For the first challenge, it isn’t necessarily the best dish, but it is the better dish. Although all the chefs can execute a good dish, it is often a familiar dish. Not every chef is familiar with cooking Italian dishes.

Although the chefs need to give a twist to the classic dish, they cannot completely overhaul the original concept. In addition to having certain elements, the reinvention needs to be well conceived. Just because a chef doesn’t normally cook Italian food doesn’t mean that the dish should be a disaster.

Now that Hell’s Kitchen has found its groove, it is time to look back at some memorable moments this season so far.

While it is hard to predict which chef has a good chance at earning the crown, it is clear that there is no shortage of drama in Hell’s Kitchen. Although the tears might be flowing and the tensions are on high, only the food matters. The chef who can persevere through it all will walk away with the title.
