Here’s the recipe for Red Lobster Fish Fry with Stout Aioli.

Ingredients:

  • (1) 11oz Bottle Stout Beer, such as Guinness
  • 1⁄4 cup Honey
  • 2 Tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1 1⁄2 cups Mayonnaise
  • 1⁄2 tsp Salt
  • 1⁄4 tsp Black Pepper

Directions

1. Purchase a fish of your choice to fry and a box of Red Lobster Fish Fry Seafood Breading Mix from your local retailer. Prepare fish as instructed on the back of the box.

2. Put the beer, honey, and vinegar into a wide saucepan and set over medium-high heat. Reduce to about 1/3 until dark and syrupy, about 15 minutes. Cool completely.

3. Mix the stout mixture with the mayonnaise and season with salt and pepper.

In addition to the crispy fish, this recipe shines because of the aioli. Instead of the traditional tartar sauce, this aioli brings a tangy flavor to the fish. You might want to make some extra for dipping French fries or even a sauce for a fish sandwich.
