Given that Antonia LoFaso and Jet Tila have to battle again to earn a semi-final berth, this scenario can be beneficial for both chefs. When a chef can get on a roll in a competition, that chef could steamroll a path to the finals, and even the championship.
Overall, this Tournament of Champions finale will have an unexpected outcome. The whole season has been leading to towards that storyline. From Amanda Freitag losing in the first round to a quarterfinal tie, no one could have seen those scenarios. The idea that Brooke Williamson could repeat as champions seems highly unlikely.
