The new Quesadilla Chicken Salad transforms that classic Mexican dish. Sitting on top of a bed of fresh greens, the grilled chicken is combined with black bean corn salsa. The highlight of the bowl is the house-made cilantro ranch dressing. Topped with pico de gallo and tortilla strips, it hits all the flavors and textures.

The Buffalo Chicken Wedge Salad transforms that classic wedge salad and everyone will want to take a bite. While the blue cheese dressing and traditional toppings are included, the crispy boneless chicken that has been tossed in classic Buffalo sauce brings a big, bold flavor. Even though the blue cheese tames the spiciness, the crunchy iceberg lettuce balances all the robust flavors.

More importantly, the other flavors make it a drink to remember. Applebee’s said that it is a “proprietary blend of passion fruit, pineapple, cherry, and lime topped with lemon lime soda.” Of course, the gummy ring garnish is too cute to not capture in a picture.
