Since Orlando is the theme park capital of the world, there is always another reason to enjoy all the sites in the City Beautiful. For many people SeaWorld is the theme park that brings both the natural wonders and the big thrills. From those high-speed roller coasters to the wonders of the ocean, there is always another adventure around every corner.

This summer has been a big one for SeaWorld. While many people are counting down the days to the theme park’s first scary Halloween event, Electric Ocean has brought vibrancy to the summer nights. Even though the excitement is heating up all summer long, there are two new reasons to make a visit.

As those thrilling Shark Week videos have everyone glued to the screen, SeaWorld Orlando is offering some real life encounters. From July 11 through July 19, there are several ways to go deep into the shark world.

The always popular Shark Encounter has been given an upgrade. With this complete makeover, guests feel like it is a whole new experience. From the interpretive display to the new habits, it feels like stepping into an unwater adventure.

For the more adventurous shark fan, the Sharks Up-Close Tour is a must. This special behind the scenes tour is about as close as you can get to sharks without getting wet. And, guests will even have an opportunity to feed some sharks.

If sharks put your nerves on high alert, maybe a free beer could be the way to bring the anxiety down a notice. The free beer offer is back at SeaWorld Orlando.

For guests over 21, they can receive “one complimentary 12-ounce beer per park visit through August 12.” The free beer is available at Mama’s Pretzel Kitchen Patio Bar.

The free beer offer will vary throughout the summer. The daily free beer will be shared on the theme park’s website. Beer choices can include options like Pacifico and Tecate.
