Taco Bell Rewards is celebrating its one-year anniversary with a huge giveaway

And, to celebrate the one-year anniversary of the program, Taco Bell Rewards is giving its guests a huge reward. Could you win free tacos for a year?
Being a Taco Bell Rewards member has its privileges. Besides earning discounts and benefits from the program, Taco Bell has used the platform to give its members early access to new and returning menu items. In some ways, the program was a celebration of food fandom as it was a convenient food ordering option.
According to Taco Bell Chief Digital Officer, Zipporah Allen, “If there’s one thing the Rewards program taught us in the first year, it’s how eager our fans are for even more digitally enabled and personalized ways to gain access to the brand. We’re excited to create a better experience for our team members and fans in the coming years — Rewards will be a big piece of that.”
The guest connection was multi-faceted. From the myraid of customized ordering options via the app to the rewards for brand loyalty, that single platform enhanced the convenience and could have spurred more orders. When the “what food to order” question is on the table, often the easiest option is just as important as a food craving.
To celebrate the one year anniversary of Taco Bell Rewards program, the brand is giving 100 people free tacos for a year. Given all the various taco flavor combinations on the menu, it might be possible to order a new type of taco at least every day of the month.
According to Taco Bell, the terms are as follows: “Now through August 18, Rewards members will be able to enter to win free tacos for a year when they make an in-restaurant purchase and scan the barcode on their receipt in the Taco Bell app. Once they scan their barcode, they will receive an entry code via email which they can use to enter the sweepstakes. Customers can enter once per day.”
