While the black jackets are the ultimate goal, the Young Guns might not quite be ready for that perfect kitchen match. Is it time to swipe right or will Hell’s Kitchen Season 20 episode 11 have the chefs wishing for a new kitchen pairing?

According to FOX, Hell’s Kitchen Season 20 episode 11, “Swiping Right” features the following:

"The chefs jump back into the dating game on hkchefsonly.com, hoping to swipe right on the perfect match of ingredients for their dish. Later, the stakes are high during a special Steak Night dinner service, and all hell breaks loose when one team struggles with overcooking their dish in the all-new “Swiping Right” episode of HELL’S KITCHEN airing Monday, Aug. 23 (8:00-9:01 PM ET/PT) on FOX."

This idea of “Chefs Only” is a topic that might take on new meaning in Hell’s Kitchen Season 20. The reality is that this group of chefs have had underlying tensions from the beginning. Although Josie’s departure in the previous episode seemed to eliminate some tensions, the reality is that the chefs seem to have less interactions than previous seasons. Is it time add a little spark to the kitchen dynamic?

Looking at the recent episodes, it seems that there are some changes brewing in the kitchen. While Kiya and Emily seemed to find their voice in the previous episode, the reality is that another chef could snatch the opportunity that is waiting for everyone.

Although a woman chef has earned the title in the most recent seasons, it might be time for a male chef to make an impression. Even though Steve faltered in the recent episode, he could find his way to the finale. But, he will have to be more vocal during dinner service. Saying the right words during elimination is not enough.

Overall, the women are proving that they are leaders in the kitchen. From pushing their teams forward to executing on their own stations, the Hell’s Kitchen pattern could continue with these Young Guns.
