The Habit Burger Grill does the Impossible with 2 new burgers
The Habit Burger Grill has introduced not one, but two new Impossible burgers. Grab them fast, because the plant-based burgers are only here for a limited time. The Impossible Bistro Burger and Original Impossible Burger delivers bold flavor minus unhealthy ingredients. The Original Impossible Burger is the plant-based take on The Habit’s award-winning signature Charburger if you love the classics.
The Impossible Bistro Burger takes a step further. The patties are topped with savory grilled onions, melted aged white cheddar cheese, fresh green leaf lettuce, and a special house-made tangy secret sauce finished off on a just-right toasted sweet brioche bun.
Move over chicken sandwiches, there’s a new rivalry heating up
The chicken sandwich wars are still going, and now the Impossible burger war is just getting started. Big chain restaurants have been rolling out the plant-based sandwiches competing with one another for quite some time but which one is the best?
Burger King introduced their “All Whopper no beef” Impossible Whopper in 2019. Even though it was a hit with customers, sales on the Impossible Whopper began to decline in 2020. Consumers have complained it’s not really meatless since it’s cooked on the same grill as the original whopper.
Since then, several other restaurants have followed suit. Red Robin has 3 options to fit your health needs. The company offers Impossible, vegan, and veggie options. White Castle, Cheesecake Factory, and Dave & Busters have their own version of the Impossible burger as well. While Impossible meat is the front runner, quite a few have switched over to Beyond Meat. TGI Friday’s, Carl’s Jr., and Dunkin all have plant-based sandwiches using Beyond Meat.
What are your thoughts on The Habit Burger Grill’s new Impossible burgers? Will it measure up to some of the other restaurants?
