While the final score might be uncertain, the Indianapolis Colts game day menu has Centerplate winning the food game. From food pairings based on opponents to adding plant based food choices, these food offerings make a play to be the best menu.

Centerplate is a leader in food service. The company’s creative culinary team always finds a way to deliver exciting, innovative food offerings at its various stadiums across the country.

After much hard work during the offseason, the Centerplate and Colts teams curated a menu that will have fans cheering for more. As Centerplate General Manager Lynda Fonderoli, said “The offerings curated by Chef Shimu Adem reflect the rapid growth of the Indianapolis food scene, while still honing in on the game day favorites that our fans love and enjoy.”

Roger VanDerSnick, Colts chief sales & marketing officer concurred with that sentiment. He said, “The new offerings feature classic Indianapolis staples and new items that constitute a top-notch experience for the home crowd and visitors alike.”

For example, one of the new concourse menu items is Veggie Chicken Tenders from Incogmeato. Given the popularity of plant-based food, this addition is a win for everyone. From adults to kids, it is an opportunity to taste one of the season’s biggest trends.

Since all that cheering can create quite a thirst, there are a few new cocktails on the menu. The classic Bloody Mary is going for a huge win. Featuring Game Day Vodka, the Loaded Bloody Mary is stuffed with all the extras to make it a cocktail and a snack all in one.

For those fans lucky enough to enjoy the club level, the food offerings are some of the best across NFL stadiums. The chefs are offering special menus to play off the Colts opponents. From the Seahawks to the Bucs, the specialty menu items make each game even more exciting.

In addition, a few of the new every game day menu items are a must try. From the Black and Blue Sliders to the Hoosier Fried Chicken Sandwich, it might be hard to find a favorite. But, do not miss the Pork Belly Corn Fritters. This menu item features “diced crispy pork belly, served with Indiana whiskey honey mustard sauce on a bed of Kohlrabi slaw.” It might be the hit of the season.

Lastly, Centerplate is working with local suppliers in many of the suites. More importantly, the Colts and Centerplate continue their support of local food banks to donate unused foods. By donating to Gleaners and Second Helpings, the organizations have provided tens of thousands of unused food over the years.
