This year’s Kid Chef winner was an “amazing 8-year-old who was diagnosed with acute disseminated encephalitis (ADEM), a rare autoimmune disorder.” When guests order the Caramel Apple a La Mode Pancake, “$1 from the sale of his creation will benefit the Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals and The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.”
