While the traditional 75th anniversary gift is diamonds, the San Francisco 49ers 75th anniversary menu at Levi’s Stadium, the the help of Levy and its Bay Area restaurant partners, is giving fans the most delicious food offerings that will stand out in the NFL stadium crowd. From elevated twists on classic stadium food to over the top boards, some football fans might be cheering as loudly for these food choices as they do for every score on the field.

For many football fans, the stadium experience is just as important as the cheering on every first down and winning drive. Even if people still crave that cold beer and pretzel, the reality is that those classic food offerings need to be balanced with a few more exciting options.

Today’s stadium food choices bring a taste of elevated restaurant dishes to the concourse. While these menu choices aren’t meant to be eaten with that pinky out, they do bring flavorful choices to the seat. Sure those old school nachos might be a staple, but these nachos are ones that you’ll snap a picture to share with friends and make them jealous.

Ahead of the San Francisco home opener against Green Bay, the team and Levi’s Stadium previewed the concession offerings at a tasting event. In partnership with Levi’s Stadium Executive Chef Jon Severson, hospitality partner Levi and Bay Area restaurant partners, the food offerings dazzled. Needless to say, fans better come hungry on game day.

Without going through the entire menu, a few menu items are top choices. Nachos are having a moment this season. Both the Andouille and Curds Nachos as well as the Loaded El Pollo Pastor Nacho are a must try.

The Andouille and Curds Nacho almost blends the idea of nachos and poutine. The spice from the andouille is balanced by all the cheese from the curds and the sauce. This dish is more like a meal than a side. Don’t ask a friend to share, because it will be eaten quickly.

The Loaded El Pollo Pastor Nacho is a great choice, too. The house made tortilla chips are what makes this dish stand out. With that little sprinkling of cotija cheese, it shows that nachos are more than just a simple side.

For guests who are fortunate to enjoy the premium food offerings, 49ers “Nine” Dip could be the dish that fans “borrow” for home parties when the team is on the road. Yes, those two extra layers really make a difference. ‘

Another must try is the Cheddar Dusted Twisted Taters. The combination of chili lime crema and moonshine barbecue sauce is unexpected but really works. The sweet, bright and touch of heat hits all the flavor profiles. It is another example of culinary creativity on display.

Also, the Incogmeato Burger proves that plant-based food is here to stay. As part this season’s partnership, this special menu item highlights how to make the plant-based burger an elevated one. With red onion jam and vegan cheese fondue, it makes a case to add more flexitarian choices to the menu.

In addition to these offerings, both returning and new restaurant partners are featured. Some new local partners include Hula Truck, Puesto, Smoking Pig and The Shop. Returning favorites like Chicken Guy, Starbird and Konjoe Burger are back, too.

Lastly, a sweet ending is always a perfect way to celebrate another victory. From 75th anniversary cookies to candy apples, the sweet tooth is satisfied. And, there’s a cocktail or two to be enjoyed as well.

More items are available on the 49ers 75th anniversary menu. For more information on the food, stadium policies and other items, please visit the San Francisco or Levi’s Stadium website.
