To kick off this Megan Thee Stallion and Popeyes partnership, the brand is changing that iconic chicken sandwich. According to Siddiqui, “For the first time ever, we are changing our famous Chicken Sandwich to add a sauce that was custom-made with and for Megan.”
The big game changer is the new sauce featured on the chicken sandwich. The Megan Thee Stallion Hottie sauce is described as bold, a touch of spice and a little sweet. It is said to be a little “sassy,” like its namesake.
Popeyes describes the ingredients as including “honey, cider vinegar and Aleppo pepper.” An Aleppo pepper is not overly spicy. While slightly similar to an ancho chili, it can be a little salty but it is overall a mild flavor.

Popeyes Rewards Members as of October 18 will receive first access to the collection’s drop on October 19. The collection includes “bikinis, long sleeve shirts, hats, tumblers and Popeyes chicken tenders plush dog toys.” Two additional offerings will be available in November.
