For many people, pizza night is a weekly tradition. While tacos might have Tuesdays, pizza can make any regular night seem a little more festive. From celebrating the end of the week, gearing up for a big game or just wanting to keep the stove clean, many families can find at least one reason to place a pizza order.

In the past couple of months, Papa John’s has enticed fans to place more than one order. Whether it is the return of the Shaq-a-roni and its charitable component to just celebrating National Pizza Month over and over, the reality is that Papa John’s is always ready to deliver.

What is Papa John’s BaconMania?

In a recent company announcement, three new menu items put bacon and all its succulent goodness front and center on the plate. The BaconMania menu includes: a Large Triple Bacon Pizza, Smokey Bacon Parmesan Crusted Papadia and Bacon Jalapeno Popper Rolls.

For bacon lovers, the Large Triple Bacon Pizza has all the bacon goodness. Each pizza is topped with “smoky bacon crumbles, julienne-cut Canadian bacon and real smoked bacon strips.” The three different types of bacon offer both differences in flavors and textures. This bacon bonanza is a must try.

Many people have fallen in love with the Papadia. Since handhelds have grown in popularity, it makes sense that Papa John’s would continue to leverage this menu option.

The Smokey Bacon Parmesan Crusted Papadia combined both julienne-cut Canadian bacon with sliced, smoked bacon strips. With fresh onions and creamy ranch, the toasted flatbread sandwich is a rich bite. It might be a good choice to share half with a friend.

Lastly, the top choice from this menu trio might be the Bacon Jalapeno Popper Rolls. The delicious Papa John’s dough is filled with hickory-smoked bacon, jalapenos and Philadelphia Cream Cheese.

As many food lovers have learned, membership has its privileges. Papa Rewards Members can get the first taste as of Monday, October 18. Otherwise, the general public can place an order starting on October 25. The special bacon menu items will be available through December 27, 2021.

While there is tremendous excitement for these new bacon menu items, it isn’t the only new food options coming to Papa John’s. The holidays are looking tasty. More new menu items are set to be revealed next month.
