Sometimes that black coffee needs a little boost. But, unlike Mary Poppins, that spoonful of sugar doesn’t need to help that beverage go down. With Starbucks Zero Creamers, coffee drinkers get all the flavor, but the unwanted extras are left out of the mug.

From starting the day with a morning mantra to a break to re-energize, coffee seems to always be brewing. While a stop at a local Starbucks might be a treat, the reality is that those flavors can be enjoyed from the comfort of the home kitchen.

Recently, Starbucks has looked to expand its coffee creamer offerings. It is more than just offering a plethora of flavors. It is about being inclusive of food choices. From non-dairy offerings to these Starbucks Zero Creamers, the brand appreciates that all options need to be on the shelf.

What are the Starbucks Zero Creamers flavors?

As part of this product launch, the two flavors are caramel macchiato and hazelnut latte. Thinking about these two options, it seems that Starbucks focused on popular, approachable choices.

The caramel macchiato gives a zero-sugar option take on the classic beverage. While the sweetness comes through in each sip, the 0g Added Sugar makes it feel more like coffee and less like dessert.

The same can be said about the other flavor. Drawing inspiration from the Hazelnut Latte, the balance of sweet and nutty is delightful.

Since the Starbucks Zero Creamers draw from the signature café beverages, it is interesting that a mocha version wasn’t part of the product launch. Given the popularity of this flavor, it is assumed that many people would want a 0g Added Sugar option. Maybe that flavor and more options will be coming at a later time.

Looking at the various Starbucks creamer flavors, Caramel, White Chocolate, Cinnamon, Toffeenut, Hazelnut Mocha, it will be interesting to see how this line expands. From having some crossover to having their own unique options, one thing seems to be clear. Black coffee might not be the most flavorful way to get that beverage boost.

The Starbucks Zero Creamers are in stores now. Check with local retailers for pricing and availability.
