As the Raider Nation prepares for the last game of the regular season, 1800 Tequila, the Las Vegas Raiders’ Official Tequila Partner, is set to toast the team and the fans. At the Married to the Game tailgate, hosted by Las Vegas Raiders superfan Josephine Skriver, fans can raise a cocktail to the spirit of the fans and the game.

Food and sports go hand in hand. While the concourse is filled with delectable dishes, many fans thirst for a beverage to toast the biggest plays.

From the beginning, Allegiant Stadium understood that the game day experience is more than just first downs and touchdowns. Food and beverages entice the fans to appreciate every moment. From that first taste to the victory toast, fans make memories that last far longer than just another mark in the win column.

According to Lander Otegui, SVP Marketing for Proximo Spirits, “We’re thrilled to welcome fans to Allegiant Stadium as the Las Vegas Raiders’ Official Tequila Partner. Raider Nation is a diverse and ardent fan base, which reflects 1800 Tequila’s values of authenticity and community. We raise a glass of 1800 Pirate Paloma to celebrate our partnership with Allegiant Stadium and the Raiders.”

1800 Mexican Mule Rusher

A twist on a Moscow mule, the combination of lime, tequila and ginger beer is a touch spicy, but quite refreshing. The key to this cocktail is the bitters. It creates the balance that makes this beverage quite enticing.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 parts 1800® Blanco
  • .5 part fresh lime juice
  • Dash of Angostura aromatic bitters
  • Ginger beer

Directions

  • Combine all ingredients, except ginger beer, in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake vigorously. Strain into a copper mug over fresh ice and garnish with a lime wheel

1800 Pirate Paloma

One of the classic tequila cocktails, a paloma is always refreshing. With this version, it is a lighter, slightly less tart offering. While the grapefruit flavor is clear, it is more subtle. The grapefruit bitter is a great choice for someone who wants a more subtle flavor.

Ingredients

  • 2 parts 1800® Cristalino
  • Splash of light agave nectar
  • Dash of grapefruit bitter
  • Soda water

Directions

  • Build ingredients in a tall glass over ice. Garnish with a grapefruit wheel.
