Hell’s Kitchen Season 21 and Season 22 are set to return to FOX
While Next Level Chef might be must watch food television, Hell’s Kitchen Season 21 and Season 22 will be coming back to FOX. Although FOX and Gordon Ramsay have partnered on many popular food shows, including the upcoming new season of MasterChef Junior, Hell’s Kitchen was that show that had everyone captivated by his witty retorts. To many people’s delight, Hell’s Kitchen will be open again.
According to Variety, FOX has picked up both Hell’s Kitchen Season 21 and Season 22. Although the exact premiere date of these seasons was not announced, it probably won’t be for a while. Hopefully, the next season could arrive by fall 2022.
While there were no details on the themes of the upcoming seasons, it would be interesting to see if Hell’s Kitchen Season 21 or Season 22 could shake up the traditional format in some way. Over previous seasons, there have been veterans versus rookies and young guns. Could it be time to add another twist and turn to the cooking competition?
Looking at the former contestants as well as winners, many of the chefs have had successful culinary careers. From positions within the Gordon Ramsay empire to executive chef positions in other restaurants, the show is a platform to further their culinary careers.
In addition, the concept of Hell’s Kitchen resonated with viewers. From the various Hell’s Kitchen themed restaurants where diners get a taste of the iconic dishes from the show to people trying to recreate that dish at home, the show is more than just horrible punishments, smashed plates, and chefs being thrown out of the kitchen.
Although there are two new Hell’s Kitchen seasons on the horizon, there are plenty of other Gordon Ramsay shows to watch in the meantime. From Next Level Chef to MasterChef Junior, there is no shortage culinary food television inspiration.
